As a Senior Sales Executive focused on Small Business, you will play a pivotal role in driving nu.education’s sales efforts for small-sized businesses across the DACH region. You’ll be responsible for the full sales cycle: from prospecting and consultative selling to closing. You will target companies in need of a simple, AI-native solution to modernise and automate their Learning and Workforce Development.
Main task
Own and execute the end-to-end B2B sales process in the Small Business segment
Generate leads, qualify prospects, deliver tailored demos, and close deals
Understand customer needs and position nu.education’s platform as a high-impact solution for skill development and learning automation
Manage pipeline and forecasts using CRM (Pipedrive)
Act as an advisor to HR, L&D and other stakeholder teams
Requirements
Proven successful experience in SaaS, EdTech, and B2B sales (must-have)
Background in selling to SMEs in the DACH market
Experience with AI or HRTech solutions is a plus
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Fluent in German and English
Highly self-driven with strong consultative selling skills
Someone with a well established HR and L&D network
