Main task
Processing inquiries and requests from customers and considering their needs.
Building and strengthening customer relationships to achieve long-term partnerships.
Collecting and analyzing data on customer behavior to best understand their needs.
Product demonstrations and planning of consulting workshops.
Collaborating with various internal departments to ensure they are meeting all customer requests.
Preparing progress reports for clients and executives within the company.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
Experience with project management or customer service.
Demonstrated ability to work consistently and positively in a dynamic environment.
Excellent writing, telephone, and presentation skills.
Strong customer service skills and ability to deal with various types of customers.
Ability to multitask and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
