As a Junior Sales Executive, you will support the Small Business sales pipeline by qualifying inbound leads, conducting outreach, booking demos and supporting team members. You’ll be an essential part of our fast-moving commercial team and gain deep exposure to the B2B SaaS and EdTech landscape.
Main task
Conduct outbound outreach and follow up on inbound SME leads
Qualify prospects and book sales meetings
Support other sales reps with CRM hygiene and deal tracking
Join discovery calls and demos to learn the craft
Assist with customer onboarding handovers
Requirements
Experience working with SMEs in the DACH market
Curiosity about AI, L&D, and workforce development
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Fluent in German and English
Self-starter with a growth mindset
